Metis was on the brink of embracing the SAFe framework, preparing to transform into an agile-driven organization. However, the transition required significant groundwork, including establishing cross-functional alignment and adopting ClickUp as a central collaboration tool. Our team was tasked with supporting Metis' early transformation phase by designing a lightweight, agile-friendly framework to foster agility within diverse functional teams.

The primary challenge was establishing agile routines and collaboration across diverse teams while aligning them with the SAFe framework and the introduction of ClickUp.
